Rick Fogg

Richard E. Fogg, Esq. is President, Chief Executive Officer, Senior Trust Officer, Compliance Director and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Officer of Lineage. He is a co-founder of Lineage, and he is also founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lineage Family Office.

After working as a business, real estate and tax lawyer, Mr. Fogg was called into service to financially successful families as a trusted advisor, mentor and fiduciary. His primary interest is helping clients gain peace of mind while developing their understanding and capabilities. He also enjoys facilitating communication within families and between families and other service providers. As an advisor to families, Mr. Fogg has experience with the investment process and industry and understands the unique “dynamic preservation” challenge faced by multi-generational families. Although he understands the financial questions, Mr. Fogg’s primary interest is helping individuals flourish in their own lives.

Mr. Fogg graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara in 1992, and completed his law degree at the University of Washington, School of Law in 1996. Mr. Fogg serves various boards of directors of family businesses and on investment and distribution committees for family bank and fiduciary systems. He is a Trustee of Westmont College and former board president and member of the Collaboration for Family Flourishing, a cross- disciplinary membership group devoted to best practices toward supporting wealthy families grow their human capital.
